We offer free returns on all Australian orders. All international sales are final.

To request a return, please email hello@odoptometry.com.au using the subject matter ‘returns’, and include your order number in the body of the email. Please also inform us of the reason why you would like to return your order.

To exchange an item, please email hello@odoptometry.com.au using the subject matter ‘exchange’, and include your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the product you would like to exchange the original one for. We will then confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not.

In order to qualify for returns and exchanges, goods must be returned within seven days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. Items that have been glazed with lenses that are not the original demo or tinted lenses will not qualify for return or exchange.

If you order meets these criteria, we will arrange the collection of goods from your shipping address. If you fail to meet these criteria, the goods will be ineligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS POLICY

If you would like to return an item and receive a refund, we will refund the payment onto the card you made payment with only once all returned goods have been safely received in their original packaging and in original condition.
