You don’t need to arrive knowing which shape suits you. Understated or adventurous? Familiar or something completely new? Bring an idea, a favourite pair, or simply a sense that you’re ready for something different.

We consider the shape and proportions of the frame, how it sits on your face, how you will live in it and suitability for your prescription.

Once you've found the right frame, we'll help you understand the lens options, take digital measurements and hand-adjust the final fit to bring everything together.
More than the frame

As an independent practice, we recommend and fit the best lens option for the patient. Your prescription matters, but so does how you use your glasses - for work, reading, driving and everything in between.

When your glasses need attention, bring them in for an assessment! We can advise on fit, repairs and refurbishment, including free adjustments and cleaning.

Yes! Bring your prescription when you visit and we'll discuss the frame and lens options available. We can advise if further measurements or an updated eye examination are needed.

Of course! Some patients choose to update just their lenses if their prescription changes. (BYO frame is subject to our ‘own frame’ terms and we charge a nominal fitting fee).

Absolutely. We can recommend a lens option that will compliment your existing glasses.

Yes - simple adjustments are always free. And if you’ve broken your frames we will give you an honest assessment if it’s repairable, and for complex repairs we will arrange a technician.

Yes - we offer remote styling which combines virtual consultations with a curated selection of frames to try at home.

No, please drop in during opening hours. If you think you might also need a test, it’s best to book in advance.
